This loft house is centrally located in Nueva Andalucia and in close proximity to restaurants and shops. The beach and Puerto Banus are only a few minutes walk away. The house is built in a loft style, very cozy and private. The house consists of an open living-dining room, a kitchen with exit to the secluded garden with pool and barbecue. Behind the living room on the same floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are 2 large suites, both with bathroom. There is a carport for one or two cars. The whole house has air conditioning and underfloor heating. A very charming and sunny house with a lot of light, thanks to its west-facing position.
